'Pumpkin Soup Simple Recipe for pumpkin soup... this is a healthy , tasty creamy Soup..suits for dieting Ingredients Pumpkin - 2 cups ( peeled and chopped ) Onion -1/2 Garlic -8 cloves Ghee -1/2 tsp Bay leaf -1 Jeera -1/2 tsp Pepper -1/4 tsp Chilly powder -1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp Salt Spring onions Coriander leaves Steps Ingredients In ghee fry bay leaf, jeera,add Onion and garlic ,fry for a minute.Add pepper , pumpkin and fry for a minute Add turmeric,chilly powder,mix well.
